so im really getting into bracelet making and ive got all the basics down...but what i dont get is....how do you figure out where u should place all differnt colors of your string when you start making a pattern?

also..could someone help me generate this pattern:

just the wings and the "aopa" symbol in between. if you are willing/able to help...could you tell me a little bt about what directions i need to go in with the threads and where to start with each color?

that looks good! so for the whole bracelet can you just make it so it says stanford but the s with the tree is the first letter of the word? thanks:)
